Ticketing and event technology company Eventbrite has announced a new partnership with MEGA Events, which will see them handle all ticketing needs for the organiser.

The partnership will see Eventbrite handling upcoming MEGA events including Festival of the Dead, the Pizza & Prosecco Festival, the Great British Gin Festival, and The Carnival of Light.

MEGA Events is a London-based organiser that produces events which they say have “mass market appeal” and “touring potential”. They cover music, clubbing, food, drink, culture, and more.

Nathan Reed, managing director of MEGA, said: “A ticketing partnership with Eventbrite felt like the right move to support our growth.

“At MEGA we use the latest technology and marketing techniques to promote our events, and it is reassuring to know that with Eventbrite alongside us, our efforts are supported by matching cutting edge tools.”

Sally Piggott, head of festivals for Eventbrite, said: “At Eventbrite, we love to work with experiential brands like MEGA as part of our ethos to support and grow a new generation of event organisers.

“Developing new, participative and long lasting festivals that tour across the UK and beyond requires great creativity, skill and hard work, and I’m confident that adding Eventbrite’s Instagram and Facebook integrations can help MEGA connect and engage even better with their audience, ultimately selling more tickets.”
