The management at Stage Electrics has bought the business from the estate of former managing director David Whitehead, who passed away in February. Trevor Smallwood continues as chairman and the board remains unchanged.

“With a business plan for growth and clearly identified market opportunities, there is a strong future ahead of us,” Dan Aldridge, who succeeded Whitehead as MD last year, said.

“In order to meet these opportunities I will continue to build my team to ensure we have the best mix of talent and relevant experience to support our strategy. As we enter our next phase of growth I am determined to ensure that Stage Electrics retains the integrity and brand values it is known for.”
