Some of the biggest names in the music business gathered at London’s O2 Arena yesterday for the BRIT Awards 2018 with Mastercard.

Stars walked down the traditional red carpet inside a temporary structure built by Neptunus.

On a chilly night in London the stars were able to arrive in style to be photographed and interviewed by the world’s media inside Neptunus’ heated Alu Hall structures.

Stormzy was one of the big winners at this year’s BRITs winning awards for best British Male Singer and best British Album. The best British Female award went to Dua Lipa (pictured above) and best British Group to Gorillaz, with Rag ‘N’ Bone Man taking the title of best British single for his smash hit Human.

Northamptonshire-based Neptunus provided a range of temporary facilities to the high-profile event including the red carpet walkway, VIP drop off areas and back-of-house kitchen, security and production offices.

Last year Neptunus built similar facilities at SSE Arena Wembley when the MTV Europe Music Awards were staged in London.

It took a 16-strong crew just three days to build the temporary facilities for The BRIT Awards 2018 alongside the O2 Arena at Greenwich Peninsula.

April Trasler, Managing Director of Neptunus, said: “The BRIT Awards is the biggest night of the year for the British music industry and I am delighted that once again Neptunus has been selected to supply the red carpet structures to yet another major international showbiz occasion.”
