Midas Consoles presented Britannia Row with a ‘Pushing the Boundaries’ award during a pre-Plasa distributor’s dinner, in recognition of the live audio specialist’s work on the Queen’s jubilee concert in June. The largest, most complex network of Midas consoles applied to date.

“We are delighted to be given this award,” managing director, Bryan Grant, said. “Since the launch of the PRO2 and PRO2C this time last year, Britannia Row has substantially increased its stock of Midas PRO consoles.”

Designed and supervised by Josh Lloyd, the jubilee concert system included Midas PRO9 and PRO2C consoles front of house, XL8, PRO9 and PRO6 on monitors, and 14 Midas DL431 digital mic splitters for the house band, orchestra and guest bands.
