Chaos Visual Productions was on hand with rock group Kasabian’s stage backdrop when the band’s tour hit its hometown of Leicester.

Approximately 50,000 people packed Victoria Park to see the gig, with some striking stage visuals. Chaos and Kasabian worked in collaboration to produce a white 9mm WinVision screen as the visual centrepiece. The rest of the stage was dressed in a soft white to further emphasise the dynamic screen, which played bespoke creative content throughout the band’s set.

A team of ten worked to build the screen, as well as the two additional IMAG screens – 10mm and 28sqm – on both sides of the stage.

“As with any event, the hardware you supply is only part of the story,” said Chaos project director Alex Leinster. “Working on a show of this size, and remember what a significant event this is for the band themselves, it is the combination of teamwork and endurance that wins the day.”
