PWR Events, owned by IMG, has rhad its agreement with The Royal Parks to manage and produce the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland in London extended to the 2023-24 season.

“We are thrilled to be working with IMG’s PWR Events once again to deliver this world-famous event,” said Alun Mainwaring, head of events, filming and commercial development, The Royal Parks. “Hyde Park Winter Wonderland continues to entertain and wow visitors with world leading rides and attractions bringing festive cheer to London. It is a vital event for The Royal Parks, raising money which goes back into conserving and improving the eight Royal Parks.”

For more than 10 years, Hyde Park’s Winter Wonderland has been a landmark event for Londoners and tourists alike. Starting life as an open-air Christmas market in Hyde Park, Winter Wonderland has since grown into an extravaganza with ice skating, shows, roller coaster rides, street food stalls, festive bars and live music.

It is still free to enter the Winter Wonderland grounds, which feature more than 100 rides and attractions.

PWR Events, which was acquired by IMG in 2015, has been promoting and managing Winter Wonderland since 2007.

“We are delighted to be continuing our relationship with The Royal Parks on this iconic London landmark event,” says Stephen Flint Wood, senior vice president and managing director, arts and entertainment events, IMG.
