Adlib Audio will provide the infrastructure for the Trade and Investment Hub at the International Festival for Business 2014 (IFB 2014), taking place in Liverpool this year.

Described as the ‘nerve centre’ of IFB, the Trade and Investment Hub provides space for delegates to meet and network.

Adlib will supply services and technology for the Hub, including an interactive reception area, a trading floor, investment showcase areas, meeting rooms, lounges and an AV-equipped events facility. A full-time member of staff has also been appointed to help delegates with technology for their events, presentations or exhibitions.

The contract win is especially good news for Liverpool-based Adlib. Director Mark Roberts (pictured) said, “The International Festival for Business is the biggest thing to happen to Liverpool since the European Capital of Culture in 2008 and the whole team is delighted to play a part in it.

“We’re determined to make the Hub a highly visual, interactive and enjoyable experience for everybody.”

Adlib will also provide technical support for the IFB 2014 as a whole, including providing the AV technology for the BT Global Leaders Summit, The International Business of Sport Congress, Clean and Cool and Women’s First. They are also the recommended supplier for businesses at the festival.

IFB 2014, a 50-day business festival, takes place throughout June and July.
