Catering specialist Harbour & Jones Events has won a £1m plus three-year contract with the Royal Society of Chemistry. 

The company is working with head chef Alan Sosa at the society’s Central London, Burlington House home, pictured, to further refine the menu.

It will create a strong link between chemistry and molecular gastronomy for clients the likes of GlaxoSmithKline, Proctor & Gamble, BP and the London College of Fashion.
