Festival Republic will host the sixth annual national Crime at Major UK Music Festivals conference on 27 February.
Held at the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre at the Madejski Stadium, Reading, the conference provides a forum for sharing operational expertise and experience, enabling attendees to work together to combat organised crime and promote safety at music festivals.
Around 120 representatives will attend the conference including UK festival promoters, security companies, and relevant planning, intelligence and operational officers from local police forces.
The conference will be chaired by Melvin Benn, MD of Festival Republic and chief superintendent Andy Battle, divisional commander of West Yorkshire Police and chair of the APCO Music Advisory Group.
