Companies are being called to take up their oars for the first corporate dragon boat challenge at Dorney Lake, Windsor, the Olympic rowing and canoeing venue.

”It a chance to compete in one of the most rewarding and fun sports, at a top London 2012 Olympic venue,” Carol Lester, director at organiser Gable Events, said. “As well as being a great opportunity for companies to motivate staff and entertain clients, dragon boat racing is fantastic for team building. What better way to get to know what makes your colleagues and competitors tick?”

Boats, qualified helms and all racing equipment will be provided and each crew of up to 11 people is guaranteed a minimum of three races. The challenge takes place on Wednesday 3 July.
