Full service event management agency Banks Sadler has appointed Robert Kenward as its new global development director.

Kenward (pictured) has over 20 years’ client services experience and joins from Sledge, the London-based brand experience and experiential marketing agency, where he held the position of commercial director.

Leigh Jagger, Banks Sadler CEO, said: “We are delighted to welcome someone of Robert’s calibre to our team to help support our continued growth.

“He joins us with a wealth of experience to grow our client services team. There will be a great deal for him to get his teeth stuck into over the next few months with some exciting events on the horizon in Asia and he will bring valuable skills to the global sales team.

“His primary remit will be to develop new business streams and offer support on long-standing accounts.”

Event agency Chillisauce has appointed Laura Hancock as corporate events manager. She joins from Awesome Events where she was event production manager.

Chillisauce said Hancock is the first of many new recruits to join the agency, as part of its expansion plan following the recent move to London Bridge.

Hancock, who has worked on experiential activities for brands such as Adidias and helped organise Rihanna’s end of tour ‘prom-style’ party, will manage a range of projects for Chillisauce’s blue chip clients across the UK and Europe including Google, Pepsi and Deloitte.

Steve Perkins, head of corporate events at Chillisauce said: “Our company is continuing to grow at a rapid pace and we’re looking to bring in new talent across both our project management and account teams in the next three months.

“We can only deliver amazing events with amazing people and we’re pleased to have Laura on board as a part of that.”
