Event solutions company Arena has completed its seventh acquisition of 2018, with the purchase of Dubai-based exhibition services company TGP.

Founded in 1995, TGP specialises in graphics, signage, and exhibition services for clients that include Coca-Cola, General Electric, and Etihad Airways.

Paul Berger, CEO Arena Middle East and Asia, commented: “This expansion of our capabilities is great news for our clients. We are planning some positive changes in the coming months as we integrate TGP into our team. These will enhance the efficiency of our services, so we can deliver the highest of Arena standards across the region.”

In September 2018, Arena expanded its geographic reach in the US with the acquisition of California-based event rentals company, Stuart Rentals. Stuart Rentals provides under-the-tent and tenting services for the San Francisco Bay area with clients that include Tesla, Go-Pro, and Stanford University.

Greg Lawless, CEO of Arena Group, commented: “These acquisitions represent a significant milestone for the Group and will enable Arena to offer our customers, existing and new, more services with greater efficiency. It is our mission to deliver the Arena Standard to the world and these two acquisitions will enable us to do just that, as well as create long term value for all of our stakeholders.”

Arena’s global footprint extends to 17 depots across 7 countries serviced by three regional divisions: UK & Europe, Middle East & Asia, and the Americas. The company offers more than 13 event services across its three regional divisions.
