Ashtead Plant Hire (A-Plant) has bought the entire share capital of the Eve group of companies, including Accession, Eve Trakway and ATM Traffic Solutions.

“We believe [Eve’s] product range and markets served will complement the existing A-Plant business and together there will be a number of market opportunities,” Sat Dhaiwal, A-Plant’s chief executive officer, said. 

“Ashtead Plant shares our values in providing the highest possible standards in equipment and customer service,” Eve managing director, Rick Barnett, added. “This acquisition allows [us] to offer an expanded product range which is unrivalled in the industry.”
